For companies and teams, I work differently. A Headshot Day is designed to photograph 10–20 people in one day without pulling them out of work for too long. Each person gets their own short slot, and the whole process stays smooth and organised.
The final timing always depends on what the images are for — LinkedIn, company website, PR or internal communication.
