Food Photographer in Warsaw, Poland, EU

Food photography. Restaurants. Brands.

High-end food photography and food video for restaurants, cafés, hotels and food brands in Poland and Europe. Artistic portraits of food that help you sell more dishes in your menu and on delivery platforms.

Artistic food photography & video for restaurants and food brands.

For over 20 years I have worked as a fashion and portrait photographer – today I bring that editorial sensitivity to light, texture and emotion into food. I don’t just take pictures of plates. I create artistic portraits of food that look like magazine covers and stop the scroll for your guests and followers.

Some of my food images have been published in Vogue Italia. Before focusing on food photography and video, I worked with FashionTV, created large editorial projects for magazines and photographed at Paris Fashion Week and the Cannes Film Festival. This experience helps me build strong visual stories for restaurants, cafés, chefs and food producers.

Today I focus on food photography and food video for clients in Warsaw, Lodz, Gdansk, Torun and Brodnica and across Poland and Europe — on location in your restaurant, café, bar, bakery, hotel, dark kitchen or production space.

What I can create for your restaurant or brand

I help restaurants, cafés, hotels, food producers and food bloggers build a consistent visual story across menus, websites, delivery platforms and social media.

Here are the types of food photography and video I most often create:

  • Food photography for menus and websites – clean, appetizing photos of dishes for printed menus, online menus and QR menus.
  • Food photography for delivery platforms – optimized images for Uber Eats, Glovo, Bolt and other platforms that increase clicks and orders.
  • Hero images and key visuals – signature dishes, burgers, desserts, cocktails and bottle shots for campaigns, posters and landing pages.
  • Food product photography for food brands – packshots, lifestyle scenes and product-in-use images for FMCG, craft food, beverages and D2C brands.
  • Short food videos and reels – cinematic B-roll, close-ups, slow motion and behind-the-scenes clips for social media and ads.
  • Content for food bloggers and influencers – aesthetic photos and looping videos tailored to your personal style and brand.

Remote food shoots – send your products to my studio

You don’t always need a full production day in your restaurant to get high-end food visuals. For many projects we can work remotely – you simply send your products to my studio in Brodnica (Poland), and I create a complete set of photos and short videos for your website, delivery platforms and social media.

This works especially well for packaged products, beverages, frozen foods, snacks and FMCG lines. We agree on the shot list and mood in advance, then I style, photograph and film everything in the studio and deliver ready-to-use files.

  • You ship the products – courier delivery to my studio in Brodnica.
  • I take care of light, styling and production – including props, backgrounds and textures.
  • You receive a finished image and video library – ready for e-commerce, campaigns and social media.

If you are based in Warsaw, Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw or anywhere in EU and want to avoid a full on-site shoot, a remote studio session can be the most efficient solution – especially for repeat campaigns and new product launches.

Why good food photography really works

Guests “order with their eyes” first. Good food photography and food video directly influence:

  • more orders of specific dishes – when the photo is strong, guests choose it more often;
  • higher average check – well-presented add-ons, desserts and drinks are easier to upsell;
  • conversion on delivery platforms – the first image decides whether a user clicks your restaurant or scrolls further;
  • brand perception – consistent visuals make your place look premium, well-thought-out and worth coming back to.

I combine commercial thinking (what the image should do for your sales) with an artistic approach (mood, storytelling, details). It’s not “random photos of plates” – it’s a visual system that works for your restaurant or brand every day.

A food shoot that feels like a film set – without stressing your kitchen

On the shoot day we work together with you and your kitchen. I plan the order of dishes so the chef knows when each plate needs to be ready. We test angles and light and once the setup is locked, we move efficiently through the menu and your products.

  • Photo: top views, 45° angles, close-ups, action shots – whatever best shows your cuisine and tableware.
  • Video: steam, pouring sauces, cutting, adding toppings in slow motion – short clips for reels or a longer brand film.
  • Art direction & styling: I help refine plating, choose backgrounds, surfaces and props to match your brand colors and interior.

We can shoot in your restaurant, in a rented studio, in a production kitchen or at your factory – depending on your needs and logistics.

FAQ – food photography & video for restaurants and food brands

Who I work with and where

Who is this food photography and video service for?
I work with restaurants, cafés, bistros, bars, hotels, bakeries, dark kitchens, food producers and food bloggers. If you serve food, create drinks or sell food products, we can build a consistent library of photos and videos for your menus, website, delivery platforms and social media.
In which cities and locations do you work?
I am based in Poland and most often work in Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Toruń and Brodnica, but I can also travel to other cities in Poland and Europe for dedicated projects.
We can photograph directly in your restaurant, café, bar, bakery, hotel, production kitchen or factory, or in a rented studio if we need full control over light and set design.
Do you offer both food photography and video?
Yes. I create premium food photography and cinematic food video in one process: photos for menus, websites and delivery apps, plus short-form video (reels, B-roll, preparation sequences, behind-the-scenes) for social media and campaigns.

Planning the shoot & workflow

How does the booking and preparation process work?
After getting in touch, we schedule a short call or exchange messages to define your needs: number of dishes or products, type of materials (menu, delivery, social media, ads), whether you also need video, and how you plan to use it.
Based on this I prepare a technical and creative brief: shot list, visual references, locations (restaurant, kitchen, studio), approximate schedule and production logistics.
You receive a clear offer with scope, price and dates so your team and kitchen can prepare calmly.
How long does a typical food shoot take?
It depends on the number of dishes, styling complexity and whether we also film video. A small menu or focused campaign with a few hero dishes can be photographed in about 3–4 hours. A full menu plus video usually requires a half-day or full-day production.
Together we define priorities so that even with limited time we first photograph the dishes and products that are most important for your sales.
Is it better to shoot during opening hours or on a closed day?
Ideally we work outside peak service hours or on a closed day – this gives your team peace of mind and allows better control over light and space.
If this is not possible, we adjust the schedule and setup so the kitchen can operate normally while we shoot in a designated area without disturbing guests.

Styling, props & creative direction

Who is responsible for food styling and props?
In most projects your chef or barista plates the dishes the way they want guests to see them. On set I help with micro-adjustments: angles, garnish placement, sauce lines, removing distractions, adding texture and depth.
Can you match our brand colors and interior style?
Yes. Before the shoot I ask for brand materials (logo, colors, fonts, interior photos, previous campaigns). Based on this we choose backgrounds, framing and lighting that support your visual identity – from dark, moody scenes to bright and minimalistic images.
Do you only photograph dishes, or also people and interiors?
We can combine food, people and interiors in one session: chef portraits in the kitchen, a barista at the coffee machine, hands serving dishes, details of your bar, dining room and décor. This is especially useful for your website, social media and PR.

Delivery of photos & video

In what formats do you deliver photos and videos?
Finished photos are delivered as high-resolution JPG files for print and web. On request I can also prepare web-optimized copies for your website and delivery platforms.
Video clips are delivered as MP4 files in vertical and/or horizontal formats – ready to publish on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or in paid campaigns, according to the brief.
How fast will we receive the final materials?
Standard delivery time for photos is usually 7–10 business days (depending on project size). For video, the deadline is agreed individually – it depends on the length and complexity of the edit.
If you need materials urgently (e.g. for a menu launch or campaign), express delivery is possible for an additional fee.

Usage rights, pricing & long-term collaboration

Where can we use the photos and videos?
By default you receive a license to use the materials in your own marketing: website, social media, delivery platforms, menus, printed materials and basic online and offline campaigns.
If you are planning a large advertising campaign (billboards, international media, long-term use by multiple partner brands), we can extend the license accordingly.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the scope of work: number of dishes/products, whether we shoot video, styling complexity, travel and whether we work once or in a longer collaboration.
Most projects are calculated as a half-day or full-day production fee with a defined number of final images and/or video clips included. After receiving your brief I send a clear, itemized estimate.
