Classic corporate portraits.
The presented portrait session was carried out as part of a branding project for the company Force Up. The company’s privacy policy does not allow us to disclose personal data of the participants, therefore we present only the final photographic result.
The photos were taken in fully controlled lighting conditions using a mobile studio, which made it possible to create a consistent, professional and modern character of the portraits – in line with Force Up’s visual communication standards.
Scope of use: print, corporate materials, website and internal communication.
The main goal of the session was to create a credible and elegant image of a professional who represents the company in business relations.
Lighting and technique – classic three-point lighting
During the session we used a classic three-point lighting setup: soft key light, fill light and subtle rim light. This setup helped to define facial features, add depth to the portraits and maintain an elegant, corporate character.
The combination of a dark background and precise light shaping created a minimalist and professional look – ideal for corporate communication.
Corporate portrait – professionalism and brand consistency
The presented portraits reflect the company’s values: professionalism, reliability and a modern approach to business. The images were prepared so that they can be used both in marketing materials and in internal communication.
Similar corporate sessions can be organised in offices, hotels or photography studios, with lighting style and background adjusted to the brand’s character.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions
Preparation and course of the photo session
How do I book a photo session and prepare for it properly?
After
getting in touch, we agree on available dates and the type of
photo session —
business portrait,
branding session or
corporate photo shoot. We then prepare a detailed offer that includes the location, number of shots, retouching and the estimated completion time.
The client also receives guidelines regarding wardrobe and possible cooperation with a stylist or make-up artist so that the day of the session is comfortable and stress-free.
How long does a typical portrait session take and what affects the timing?
An average business session lasts from 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the number of outfits, shots and the type of photography (headshot, half-length portrait, etc.). Each photo session is individually tailored to the client’s expectations.
On-location office sessions or mobile setups may take slightly longer due to lighting preparation and arranging the space. Larger productions may require additional time for lighting tests and styling.
Can I consult the style and wardrobe before the photo session?
Yes — before the session we discuss the purpose of the images and the preferred aesthetic (business portrait, branding session, more formal corporate style or relaxed look) as well as wardrobe choices.
We create a shooting plan with recommendations on colours, fabrics and styling to maximise the final effect and shorten the time needed for the session.
Style, background and lighting
Why is a dark background often used in business portraits?
A dark background keeps the focus on the face and figure, reducing distracting elements. It is frequently used in PR materials, LinkedIn profiles and ‘About us’ sections, underlining the professional character of the photograph.
What kind of lighting do you use in business portraits?
Most often we use Rembrandt lighting, side light with a gentle fill, as well as classic three-point setups. Light power and modifiers are adjusted to the shape of the face and the mood of the image. For larger projects, more creative lighting variations are also possible.
Headshot Days and team sessions
How to organise a Headshot Day for the team?
We start with a list of participants and the estimated time per person (10–20 minutes per person). The photographer brings a mobile studio and carries out a team photo session according to the schedule agreed with HR.
Can team photos have different styles?
Yes — we can prepare different zones or lighting setups, for example more formal portraits for the board and more relaxed images for the creative team, while maintaining consistency through the same background and colour correction.
Retouching and file formats
What does the retouching of the photos include?
Standard retouching includes exposure and colour correction, subtle skin cleanup and maintaining a natural look. Additional options include beauty retouch, body shaping and colour grading for publications or marketing campaigns.
In what formats are the photos delivered and are they suitable for LinkedIn?
You receive high-resolution JPG files for print and optimised versions for online use — cropped for LinkedIn and social media. Square and other aspect ratios are also available.
Delivery, payment and invoices
Is express delivery of the photos available?
Yes — express editing allows you to receive the photos the next day (+50% of the session price) or within 2–3 days (+25% of the session price).
What payment methods do you accept and do you issue invoices?
You can pay by bank transfer or in cash. For companies, a VAT invoice is issued. For larger projects, a deposit and a signed contract are required.
