What does the session look like?

01

A calm start

We do not begin in a rush. First, I give you a moment to get comfortable with the situation and ease into the session without tension.

02

I guide you step by step

You do not need to know how to stand or what to do with your hands. I show you everything during the session and adjust the pace to you.

03

You see the result right away

Every photo appears on the computer immediately, so you can see the result as we go and choose the strongest shots.

Practical information before the session

A standard session usually lasts between 1 and 2 hours, but I do not work “with a stopwatch.” This is enough time to calmly go through different types of shots without doing everything in a rush. The best portraits usually appear only when the tension is gone.

In practice, a good working rhythm matters more than the exact number of minutes. The idea is to have room for small adjustments, changes in setup, checking the results, and a moment to get comfortable in front of the camera.

If we are planning a more extensive session — with several outfits or photos for different uses — we discuss it in advance. That way, the whole session makes sense and does not become a random collection of shots.

Yes — every selected photo goes through professional post-processing. This includes colour correction, light adjustments, and small refinements to skin and details, but without changing facial features or creating an artificial look.

The editing style is intentionally restrained. The portrait should look good and feel current not only today, but also a few years from now — without excessive smoothing and without trends that age quickly.

The final portrait should simply be a better, cleaner, and more refined version of reality. Naturalness matters more than a forced “wow” effect.

It is best not to overcomplicate it. You do not need any experience in front of the camera or any special preparation. It is enough to come well-rested and bring 1–2 clothing options that suit you and the purpose of the photos.

Before the session, we define the direction: whether the photos are for LinkedIn, a website, company materials, or a more personal portrait. That makes it easier to choose the right level of formality, clothing, and overall mood.

The session itself is guided in a way that you do not have to “know what to do.” Comfort, a good pace, and clear guidance matter most — that is when the photos look natural rather than forced.

The session can take place in a studio, in an office, or in a chosen location. Each option gives a slightly different effect — more formal, more relaxed, or more lifestyle-oriented. The choice mainly depends on what the photos are for.

For business portraits, a studio or company space usually works very well, as it reinforces the professional character of the image. For more personal portraits, we can allow for more freedom and a less formal setting.

If you do not have a specific place in mind, I can help you choose one. The most important thing is that everything feels cohesive and not accidental.

Yes — I also create portraits for companies, teams, and larger groups of employees. These sessions can take place in the office, during industry events, or during the working day, without the need to organise a trip for the whole team to a studio.

I bring a mobile studio setup, which makes it possible to create consistent, professional portraits directly at the client’s location. It is a convenient solution when several or even a dozen people need to be photographed efficiently.

These kinds of photos work well on a company website, in business communication, on LinkedIn, and in press materials. It is the combination of studio-quality portraits and the convenience of working on-site.

I will guide you through the entire session so that you look natural, calm, and confident — whether it is a business portrait, a corporate headshot, or a more personal branding session.

No stiff posing. No artificial effect. No guessing what to do with your hands.

I work in Bydgoszcz as well as in Warsaw, Torun, and Gdansk — in a studio, outdoors, or directly at your company.

Sessions for teams and companies are also available.
